I see parallels with the arrival in volume of EVs. I note Ferrari have said this week that their first one will debut in 2025. And much as I love EVs, that news made me a little sad.

Part of me wants the high end ICE sports car to survive. Sold in small numbers, running as PHEVs in towns and using sustainable synthetic fuels, but still brash and loud and unattainable. In a way knowing their future was secure might make it easier to embrace an electric world…
